Global Eyewear merges with Solaray

Sapulpa, Oklahoma (April 1, 2015) ‐ Solaray, LLC, an industry‐leading, full‐service category manager of
sunglasses, wireless accessories, and novelty products, today announced that it has completed a merger
with Global Eyewear, a leader in the category management of sunglasses in the theme parks, attractions
and resorts industry.
